Brenda is proficient in Roadway Design, Lighting Design, Signing and Pavement Marking, and Signalization.  She served as District Lighting Engineer and the Maintenance Standards Engineer for the Florida Department of Transportation, as seminar instructor for the Illuminating Engineering Society, lighting consultant to the Virginia, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania DOTs, and taught Roadway Lighting Basic Design and Analysis to local Florida agencies.


Brenda has served as Project Manager for lighting and signalization projects for Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Tennessee Department of Transportation, Metropolitan Nashville Department of Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and General Services Administration. She is highly recognized for proficiency in lighting, signalization, roadway and outdoor electrical design.
